Posso ter andado desaparecida por aqui, mas as minhas idas à Sephora continuam sempre em altas! Por isso, vou vos mostrar a acumulação das minhas compras dos últimos meses. Posts de hauls são os meus favoritos… só é pena a minha carteira não concordar.

I might have been missing around here, but my Sephora addiction is pretty much consistent! So, today I’m going to show you the things I’ve bought in the last couple of months. Hauls are my favorite thing in the entire world... it’s just a shame that my wallet doesn’t agree.

Benefit Watt’s Up (36,55€) – O iluminador em stick mais cobiçado do momento. Era rara a ida à Sephora em que eu não sai-se de lá com o swatch do Watts Up na mão. Mas a razão para não ceder era sempre a mesma: demasiado escuro para mim. Ganhei um bocadinho de cor e lá fui a correr para o apanhar… Vou fazer um post sobre ele nas próximas semanas

Benefit Watt’s Up (36,55€) – The stick highlighter of the moment. For the last year, every time that I walked out of Sephora I had Watts Up swatched on my hand. I never got it because I thought that it was too dark for my pale skin, but I gave up and decided to get it… I’ll write a post about on the weeks coming up.

Makeup Forever Step 1 Skin Equalizer (17,55€) – Eu não sou grande crente em primers, e isso deve-se ao facto de eu não usar base, mas com um verão cheio de casamentos e festas eu acabei por não resistir. Eu queria experimentar um da Makeup Forever… mas como custam tanto como uma base, acabei por agarrar o mini para alisar a pele. Tem aquela textura super macia mas fina ao mesmo tempo. Falta saber como se vai comportar na pele.

Makeup Forever Step 1 Skin Equalizer (17,55€) – I am not a big believer in primers… maybe that’s because I don’t use foundation… but with the wedding season here I ended up giving in. I wanted to try one from Makeup Forever, but since they cost as much as a foundation, I decided to grab a mini size with smoothing proprieties. It has that super soft texture but thin at the same time. I need to try it out a bit more.

Urban Decay Afterglow blush em Fetish (29,55€) – Mais um blush! Precisava? Não… É lindo? Siiiiim! Sempre quis experimentar um blush desta marca e parece que foi desta. É um blush super macio e com a pigmentação de uma sombra de olhos. Vou fazer review dele assim que o usar mais umas vezes!

Urban Decay Afterglow blush in Fetish (29,55€) – Another blush! Did I needed it? No… Is it beautiful? Yeeeeah! I always wanted to try out the blushes form this brand and it looks like that this time I did it. It has a velvety texture and the pigment of an eyeshadow. I’m going to write a post on it as soon as I use it some more.

Makeup Forever Artist Eye Studio Palette (49,55€) – Não faço ideia se esta paleta é velha ou se é edição limitada… mas andava mortinha para testar as “melhores sombras do mercado” segundo o grande Wayne Goss. Ela traz 9 sombras, um lápis e uma mascara de pestanas. Mal posso esperar para meter o meu pincel nestas sombras!

Makeup Forever Artist Eye Studio Palette (49,55€) – I have no idea if this is an old or limited edition palette… but I was dying to test the “best eyeshadows on the market” according to the great Wayne Goss. The palette comes with 9 shadows, a black eyeliner and a mascara. I can’t wait to dip my brush in it!

Peter Thomas Roth Mini Mask Magic (22,55€) – Tenho ouvido tanta coisa boa desta marca que acabei por comprar um set de 3 mascaras para pele. Acho que lhes vou dar mais uso no inverno quando a minha pele precisar de miminhos. Se elas forem realmente boas eu faço um post por aqui.

Peter Thomas Roth Mini Mask Magic (22,55€) – I’ve heard such great things about this brand that I decided to grab this set of 3 mini sized masks. I think that I’ll use them more when winter comes around, since that time of the year is when my skin needs a bit more of love. If these are any good I’ll write a post about them.

Para mim o verão é laranja! Eu desenterro os batons, sombras e blushes que não vejo desde o ano passado e bora lá fazer novos looks para o dia-a-dia. Aqui vou vos mostrar as minhas cores favoritas para esta época do ano, começando primeiro pelas sombras de olhos.

For me summer is orange! I dig out the lippies, eyeshadows and blushes that I haven’t seen since last year and have fun creating new looks for the day-to-day. Here I am going to show you my favorite colors for this season, starting with the eyeshadows.

Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette – Não é preciso falar muito sobre ela porque vocês já sabem que eu a adoro! Tem cores quentes lindas para o dia e noite. É mesmo um must have!

Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette – I don’t have to talk about this palete again since you already know that I love it! It has gorgeous warm shades for the day and night. It’s a must have!

Mac Woodwinked – Esta sombra é daquelas que mesmo usada sozinha vai parecer que utilizaram outras cores. É uma espécie de ouro velho com brilho metálico e se a esfumarem ela perde o brilho e torna-se laranja. É uma das sombras de culto da MAC.

Mac Woodwinked – This is that amazing shadow that even if you just use it by it self, it will look like you have a complex smokey eye. Its a golden metallic shade that when blended out looses it shine and becomes orange. It’s a cult shadow from MAC.

Mac All That Glitters – É a cor da MAC que eu não queria comprar. Achava-a super básica, mas afinal I WAS WRONG. É bem brilhante com uma base coral. É a minha favorita de todas! Um pouco de mascara de pestanas e esta cor nas pálpebras dão um look fresco que eu adoro usar naquelas manhas de correria.

Mac All That Glitters – It’s the shade that I didn’t want to buy from Mac since I thought that it was to basic, but apparently it's really worth the hype. It’s really shiny with a coral base. It’s my favorite MAC eyeshadow of all time. A little bit of mascara and this shade on the eyes gives a really fresh look that I love to rock on those runny mornings.

Makeup Geek Mai Tai – É linda de morrer! É um pêssego/laranja com brilho rosa que desperta e ilumina o olhar (muito cheesy eu sei, mas é verdade).

Makeup Geek Mai Tai – This colou ris to die for! It’s a peachy/orange shade with pink shimmer that really opens up and highlights the eyes (too cheesy I know, but it’s true).

Makeup Geek Karma – Um dourado vibrante com reflexo verde lima que adoro usar aos fins de semana. Consegue ser diferente das cores neutras habituais sem ser muito “out there”.

Makeup Geek Karma – A vibrant gold with a lime green reflex that I love to wear on the weekends. It can be different from the usual neutral shades without being to “out there”.

Hean 836 – Se quiserem apenas comprar uma sombra desta lista eu recomendo a 836 da Hean. Custa 2,50€ na maquillalia e é a cor de transição mais perfeita do mundo. É bem pigmentada e espalha-se na perfeição. Tenho 2 iguais e ainda tenho o beaches n cream da MUG que é um excelente dupe.

Hean 836 – If you want to buy just one eyeshadow from this list, then I recommend the Hean individual shadow in 836. It’s 2,50€ on maquillalia and it’s the perfect transition shade. It’s really pigmented and blends nicely. I have 2 of these and I have beaches n cream from MUG, that is a great dupe.

Oi pessoal! Eu sei que tenho andado meio desaparecida, e não há cá desculpas da minha parte… apenas perdi um pouco do gostinho que é escapar para dentro do blog, quando tenho tanta coisa a acontecer na minha vida profissional e académica (anda difícil sacudir esta tese).

Uma coisa que não muda por nada é a minha vontade de estoirar dinheiro em coisas que não preciso… Por isso aqui está outra Wishlist.

Zoeva Bamboo Set Vol 2 – Este set tem tudo o que eu preciso! Pincéis de rosto que eu até tenho falta e pincéis de olhos que nunca são demais!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer – O meu lápis da Kiko está mesmo a acabar e precisa de um substituto. Pode ser que quando comprar a paleta da ABH tenha coragem para trazer também o Brow Definer.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette – É tão linda! Finalmente a ABH lança uma paleta permanente, e sinceramente, acho que é a mais bonita de todas. Vou ter que a agarrar na CultBeauty, Beautylish ou Beautybay.

Makeup Geek Blushes – Eu não preciso de mais blushes…. Mas estes são tão lindos! A Makeup Geek relançou os seus blushes em Junho e eu estou mortinha para agarrar algum. São um total de 20 cores separadas em 4 tipos de tons de pele: porcelain, light, medium e dark.

Ai dissertação como me matas! Anda o mundo inteiro de férias e eu completamente atrasada na escrita. Parece que este mês usei sempre as mesas coisas, pois ando exausta com o trabalho, aulas e dissertação… mas ao menos as aulas já acabaram! Sem mais demoras aqui estão os meus favoritos de Junho!

Oh dissertation you’re killing me! The whole world is on holiday and I’m completely behind. In this month I used the same things over and over, since I’m exhausted with work, class and the dissertation… well at least the classes are out of the way! So, without further ado, here are my June faves!

Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette – Acredito que não é surpresa dizer-vos que esta paleta faz parte dos meus favoritos de Junho! Sempre que me apeteceu usar sombras agarrei logo nesta menina. Podem ver a review completa com swatches aqui!

Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette – It doesn’t come as a suprisse that this palete is one of my monthly favorites! This month, every time that felt like using eyeshadow I grabbed this baby. You can se the complete review here!

Misha Perfect Cover BB – Naqueles dias em que tinha as borbulhas “on fleek” usei este BB. Ele tem a cobertura equivalente a uma base com uma protecção solar de 42. Review aqui!

Kiko Eyebrow Sculpt – Eu adoro sobrancelhas, e não saio de casa sem as “pentear” com um pouco de gel. Mas desde que comprei este lápis da Kiko nunca mais me fiquei só pelo gel. A cor é um pouco quente demais para mim, mas como adoro a textura do lápis e a aplicação é super rápida, não me posso queixar muito. Defino o meu arco em segundos e dura-me o dia inteiro. Já tenho este produto desde Janeiro e ainda me deve durar até ao fim do verão. Haul aqui!

Kiko Eyebrow Sculpt – I love bold eyebrows, and I don’t leave the house without “combing them” with a bit of gel. But since I got this Kiko Eyebrow Pencil I never just used the gel. The color is a bit too warm, but since I love the texture and the fast application I can’t complain to much. I define my arch in seconds and I have my eyebrows in place for the hole day. I've had this product since January and I think that it’ll last me until the end of summer. Haul here!

Kiko Lipliner 313 + Lime Crime Cupid – Eu adoro inventar combinações! Experimentei o lápis 313, que é mais escuro e frio que o Cupid, e quando se misturam transformam-se numa cor de lábios perfeita para o verão. Podem ver as outras cores dos lápis da Kiko aqui e a colecção da Lime Crime aqui!

Kiko Lipliner 313 + Lime Crime Cupid – I love to come up with these combinations! I tried the Kiko pencil in 313, that is a bit deeper and cool toned than Cupid, and the mixture is perfect for summer! You can see my other shades of the Kiko lip liners here and my Lime Crime Collection here!

Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush na cor Magic – Os blushes da Tarte são os meus favoritos. Nada vence a sua longevidade na minha pele. Este é um coral bem berrante que dá muita vida ao rosto, mas claro tem que ser aplicado com cuidado. Eu uso a minha duo fiber da Real Techniques e espalho uma quantidade mínima… mínimaaaaaa! Eu comprei todos os meus blushes da Tarte (review aqui), no site da Glambot, mas sei que actualmente a Tarte já tem shipping para Portugal!

Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Magic – Tarte blushes are my favorite. Nothing beats its longevity on my skin. This is a very bright coral that really lives up the face, but of course you need to apply it carefully. I use my Real Techniques Duo Fiber and tap a small (really small) amount on my skin. I got all my Tarte blushes from Glambot (review here), but now Tarte ships internationally!

Collection Concealer – Ultimamente comprei uns corretores a mais, então estou a tentar despachar os que já tenho abertos a algum tempo. Foi assim que redescobri o quanto adoro este corrector da Collection. Bem cremoso, fácil de espalhar, com uma cobertura incrível e que não se deposita nas linhas. Na próxima visita a Inglaterra vou ter que o comprar novamente.

Collection Concealer – Lately I got some new concealers, so I’m trying to finish my old ones since they have been open for a while. That was when I rediscoverd my Collection concealer. So creamy, easy to blend with an amazing coverage and it doesn’t settle in fine lines. On my next trip to England I am definitely repurchasing this!

Mais umas comprinhas da Makeup Geek! A minha ideia era comprar umas sombras mate, já que é a minha formula favorita da marca… Mas não sei como me arranjei porque acabei por escolher de tudo um pouco. Comprei 9 sombras e um pincel de 2 lados para as sobrancelhas. No total são 3 sombras duochrome, 4 mates e 2 shimmers e não podia estar mais feliz com elas!

More damage from Makeup Geek! My idea was to buy some matte shadows, since that is my favorite formula from this brand, but… I ended up greeting a bit of everything. I got 9 shadows and a dou sided eyebrow brush. 3 of the shadows are douchromes, 4 are matte and I also got 2 shimmery ones. I couldn’t be happier with my selection!

Escolhi 5 cores mais frias e a "atirar" para o roxo, já que na altura tinha enjoado de cores quentes:

Rockstar – sombra duo cromática de base prateada com brilho rosa.

Twilight – Roxo pálido com brilho.

Barcelona Beach – Castanho médio com tom frio e acabamento mate.

Unexpected – Castanho rosado muito pálido e com acabamento mate.

Cherry Cola – castanho escuro mate com grande influencia de tons Bordeaux.

I got 5 cool toned shades, because at the time I was a bit sick of warm tone shades. They are:

Rockstar – Medium silver base with purple-pink reflects.

Twilight – Pale shimmery muted purple.

Barcelona Beach – Medium sand shade with a matte finish.

Unexpected – Matte pale pink brown.

Cherry Cola – Deep brown with strong red undertones and a matte finish.

As outras 4 cores que vieram atrás são mais quentinhas, (sim eu sei que disse que estava enjoada, mas há hábitos que não mudam).

Shimma Shimma – Champanhe metálico.

I’m Peachless – Duocrome com base alaranjada e reflexos pêssego e rosa.

High Tea – Castanho médio mate com tons verde azeitona.

Havoc – Sombra duocromática com base vermelha-acastanhada e reflexos verdes. Esta é a minha favorita! Se vocês gostam de smokey eyes quentes super-elaborados e com dimensão agarrem esta cor!

The other 4 shades that I got are a bit warmer, (yes, I know that I said that I was sick of warm shades, but old habits die hard).

Shimma Shimma – Metallic champagne.

I’m Peachless – Buff base with peachy-pink reflects.

High Tea – Matte medium brown with strong olive undertones.

Havoc – Warm red-brown base with teal reflects. This one is my favorite! If you like a super elaborated warm smokey eye than grab this color!

O pincel que comprei chama-se Dual Ended Brow Brush e é fantástico para quem gosta de preencher as sobrancelhas com sombra. O pincel é angulado e tem precisão suficiente sem ser demasiado rijo, o que ajuda imenso a desenhar a sobrancelha sem que esta pareça ‘desenhada’, o lado da spoolie é super prático para pentearmos e esbater o excesso de produto.

The brush that I got is called Dual Ended Brow Brush and is great for those that like to fill their eyebrows with eyeshadow. The angled side is sharp and it’s precise enough without being to stiff, which helps when you want to draw your eyebrows but you don’t want them to look too “drawn in”, if you know what I mean. The spoolie side is very practical to comb over the hairs and blend out the excess of product.

Andou ai uma altura que as minhas marcas favoritas começaram a lançar paletas de blushes atrás de paletas de blushes! Depois de não conseguir agarrar a paleta da Gwen Stefani + Urban Decay e a nova da Benefit com os blushes em full size, decidi que ia vasculhar o site da Inglot e ia fazer a minha própria paleta de blushes!

There was a time where all of my favorite brands were coming out with blush palettes! After missing the Gwen Stefani + Urban Decay and the new one from Benefit with the full size blushes, I decided to search the Inglot site and make my own blush palette!

É a primeira vez que compro nesta loja, e como não tenho nenhuma perto de mim, experimentei o serviço deles de loja online. Devo avisar já que não fiquei 100% agradada. Fiz a compra dia 31 de Março (utilizei a opção de referencia multibanco), dia 1 de Abril o pagamento foi confirmado, dia 7 tive que contactar a loja porque nunca mais faziam o envio. Recebi a resposta umas horas depois, a informar que um dos produtos que escolhi estava esgotado e estavam a aguardar o restock. Finalmente dia 11 de Abril a minha encomenda foi despachada e no dia seguinte recebi-a em casa.

It’s the first time that I buy in this store, and since I don’t have any close to me, I tried out the online shopping service that they offer. I have to tell you that I was not 100% pleased with it. I made the purchase on the 31st of March, on the next day my payment was confirmed, but on the 7th of April I had to contact the store since they were taking so long to ship it. I got an answer a couple of hours later, telling me that one of the products was sold out and they were waiting for a restock. Finally on the 11th of April my order was shipped and I received it on the next day.

Quanto aos produtos, comprei 4 blushes a 9€ cada e recebi uma paleta de oferta. A parte difícil foi mesmo escolher as cores! Procurei swatches em blogs, Instagram, Youtube, e lá me fiquei com esta selecção.

Comprei as cores:

21 - Laranja escuro meio afagado.

27 - Rosa com tons malva.

28 - Nude rosado.

35 - Nude claro mais virado para o pêssego com glitter.

Quando vi o blush 35 fiquei logo desiludida, apesar de a cor ser suave, nota-se a 5 metros de distancia o glitter dentro da pan. Felizmente na cara o resultado é outro, o glitter deve cair do pincel, ou então é este que não o agarra... Só sei que este é o meu blush favorito dos 4. É perfeito para meninas com peles pálidas e mãos pesadas.

I got 4 blushes for 9€ each and I received the palette for free. The hard part was picking the shades! I googled swatches on Blogs, Instagram and Youtube and finally settled with these 4.

I got the shades:

21 - Muted orange.

27 - Pinky mauve.

28 - Nude with pink undertones.

35 - light nude with a peach undertones and glitter.

When I saw the shade 35 I got really disappointed. Since I have large pores, I stay away from glitter on my blushes, bronzers and powder. BUT, this one is my favorite! The glitter must fall from the brush or maybe it’s the brush that doesn’t pick it up... All I know is that I love the shade! It’s perfect for pale girls with a heavy hand.

Quanto à formula estou um pouco indecisa. Tem alturas em que a aplicação fica lindíssima e outras em que fico cheia de manchas e não as consigo espalhar... Não sei se é do meu pincel (Zoeva 127), do meu creme hidratante ou do próprio blush. Eles também não são os mais duradouros em mim, mas como eu não uso base ou primer no dia-a-dia já estou à espera desse resultado.

Posto isto, não sei se voltava a comprar mais blushes desta marca, ou pelo menos desta gama. Já testaram estes blushes? Gostam deles?

Now, on the formula I'm a bit weary. There are times where I get an amazing application and other times where I get a lot of patches that are impossible to blend out... I don't know if its my brush (Zoeva 127), my hydrating cream ou the blush. Also, they don't last that much on me, but since I don't use foundation or primer on day to day basis, I usually expect that.

So I don't know if I would buy more blushes from this brand, or at least from this range. Have you tested this? Do you like them?
