Eu disse que o ia comprar e aqui está ele! É o Everlasting Mini Liquid Lip Set da Kat Von D, um conjunto de 8 minis dos famosos batons líquidos da marca. Esteve disponível nas nossas Sephoras durante o mês de Dezembro por cerca de 46€, claro sem qualquer tipo de desconto.

I said I was going to buy it and here it is! It is the Everlasting Mini Liquid Lip Set from Kat Von D, a set of 8 minis from the brand's famous liquid lipsticks. It was available in our Sephoras during the month of December for about 46 €, of course without any discount.

Eu adoro estes batons, são uns dos meus batons líquidos favoritos (tal como Anastasia Beverly Hills e Lime Crime). São secos mas nunca os chego a considerar desconfortáveis, aguentam bem nos meus lábios e a gama de cores é completamente a minha onda.

Este kit tem 8 cores, sendo uma delas de edição limitada, a Madrid, que sinceramente é a minha favorita e acho uma pena não existir na linha permanente. Das cores restantes tenho o Exorcism, que por grande felicidade da minha irmã, dei a ela.

De um modo geral, não é um mau kit. As cores são fora do contexto habitual destes conjuntos onde normalmente vemos um vermelho espetado e o maior bestseller da marca. Na minha opinião, há uma excelente seleção das cores, e todas elas representam bem a marca.

O tamanho dos minis não é uma chapada na cara, como acontece com outras marcas. A embalagem tem a mesma qualidade e cerca de metade do tamanho original. De todos os minis de batons líquidos que já usei, estes e os da Huda são os que mais me surpreenderam em termos de qualidade de packaging.

I love these lipsticks, they are one of my favorite liquid lipsticks (such as Anastasia Beverly Hills and Lime Crime). They are dry but I never find them uncomfortable, they hold my lips well and the range of colors is completely my wave.

This kit has 8 colors, one of them limited edition, to Madrid, which is truly my favorite and I find it a pity there is no permanent line. Of the remaining colors I have the Exorcism, which for my sister's great happiness I gave her.

Generally speaking, it is not a bad kit. The colors are out of the usual context of these sets where we usually see a spiky red and the brand's biggest bestseller. In my opinion, there is an excellent selection of colors, and they all represent the brand well.

The size of minis is not a chapa in the face, as with other brands. The packaging has the same quality and about half the original size. Of all the liquid lipstick minis I've ever used, these and Huda's are the ones that surprised me most in terms of packaging quality.

Uma coisa que é consistente com estes batons é que eles não secam de maneira uniforme na pele, já nos lábios a história é outra. Se ainda não experimentaram nenhum batom da KVD precisam de correr para uma Sephora.

One thing that is consistent with these lipsticks is that they do not dry evenly on the skin, already on the lips the story is another. If they have not tried any KVD lipstick they need to run into a Sephora.

The Ordinary é a marca de skincare que está a dominar o mundo.

Eu sempre quis fazer uma encomenda, mas como os produtos que quero nunca estão em stock ao mesmo tempo, acabo sempre por deixar para depois.

Felizmente, as compras de natal trouxeram os “por mais 5€ tem direito a portes grátis” então acabei por comprar os meus primeiros produtos desta marca de culto.

The Ordinary is the skincare brand that is taking over the world.

I always wanted to place an order, but as the products I want are never in stock at the same time, I end up pushing it for later.

Fortunately, the Christmas shopping brought the "only 5 € more and you can free shipping" so I ended up buying my first products of this cult brand.

O primeiro foi o Lactic Acid 5% + HA 2%. É um ácido que vai exfoliar a pele, removendo as camadas menos saudáveis para assim regularizar a sua textura. Esta versão de 5% não é a mais potente que o The Ordinary tem, mas pareceu-me ideal para me aventurar com ácidos.

Desde a primeira utilização que noto diferenças. A minha pele está mais uniforme em tom e textura. Está mais clara e luminosa e até as minhas sardas desapareceram mais depressa.

Ao início aplicava umas 4 gotas no rosto todos os dias antes de me deitar, agora uso dia sim, dia não. Tenham atenção porque a pele fica mais sensível aos raios UV, então utilizar protetor solar é obrigatório, e claro, não podem usar este produto se tiverem a pele irritada.

The first product I picked was the Lactic Acid 5% + HA 2%, an acid that will exfoliate the skin and even out its texture. This 5% version is not the most powerful one from The Ordinary, but it seemed like a great option for someone that has never venture with acids.

Since the first use, I notice differences. My skin is even in tone and texture. It's clearer and brighter, and my freckles are even disappearing faster.

At the beginning, I applied 4 to 6 drops on my face every day before going to bed, now I use it every other day. Just be sure you use SPF every day because your skin will be very sensitive to UV rays. Also, don’t use this product if you have irritated skin.

O Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG comprei porque o Wayne Goss recomendou. É um concentrado de cafeina e extratos de chá verde que ajudam a reduzir inchaço e escuridão no contorno dos olhos.

O meu problema nessa zona é mesmo a falta de hidratação, mesmo assim arrisquei. Ele é leve e absorvido rapidamente, então podem aplicar logo o creme de olhos por cima, mas confesso que este produto não me encanta muito.

Não sei se é embirrância minha ou se é real, mas acho que o meu creme de olhos e este produto não gostam um do outro. No dia seguinte tenho a pele tão seca que nem o meu corretor mais hidratante nem me consegue salvar. Basta eu deixar de os usar simultaneamente que o problema desaparece.

Seja como for, um sábado no sofá ajuda-me muito mais a reduzir as olheiras. Gostava especialmente que este produto tivesse uma garrafinha mais pequena, já que é direcionado para uma zona tão específica do rosto, devo demorar 2 anos até o conseguir acabar (se entretanto não me fartar dele e o mandar para a casa de uma amiga).

I bought the Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG on Wayne Goss recommendation. This is a concentrate of caffeine and green tea extracts that will help reduce swelling and darkness on the eye contour area.

My problem with this area lack of moisture, even so I ventured. This product is thin and is quickly absorbed, so you can apply the eye cream over it, but I confess that I’m not a big fan of it.

I don’t know if I’m just being weird or if it is real, but I think that my eye cream and this product don’t like each other. The day after I use them together, my skin is so dry that not even my most hydrating concealer can save me. All I have to do is stop using them at the same time, and just like that, the problem disappears.

Anyway, a Saturday on the couch does a better job at reducing my dark circles. Also, I would prefer if this product came in a smaller bottle, since it’s directed to a specific area of the face, it should take me 2 years until I can finish it (if I do not get tired of it and send it to a friend's house).

É esta a minha opinião sobre estes 2 produtos do The Ordinary. Mal posso esperar para ter a desculpa de comprar mais coisinhas desta marca.

This is my opinion on these 2 products of The Ordinary. I cannot wait to have another excuse to buy more from this brand.

Sabiam que a Kiehl’s esteve com 15% de desconto durante o mês de Dezembro? Yep, não só tivemos direito ao desconto, mas também a um embrulho super fofinho.

Did you know that Kiehl's was offering 15% off during the month of December? Yep, not only did we get the discount, but also a super cute packaging.

Ora a grande razão para esta encomenda era, sem dúvida, um creme de olhos. Cusquei todos os que estão disponíveis no site, pesquisei várias reviews e acabei por me ficar pelo Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocato. Era o que tinha o preço mais simpático dentro da família dos cremes hidratantes, já que diminuir a escuridão ou papos não é uma grande preocupação para mim neste momento. Custa 27€ por 14ml.

Depois decidi complementar o meu vício pelo Ultra Facial Oil-Free Cleanser (que mencionei no meu top 5 de básicos), com o hidratante da mesma gama. Este é o Ultra Facial Oil-Free Gel-Cream, vem no pot com 50ml e custa 26€.

The reason I place this order was to get a new eye cream. I googled reviews on all the ones available on the site, and I ended up getting the Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocato. It had the nicest price in the family of moisturizing creams, since reducing darkness or puffiness is not a major concern for me at the moment. It was € 27 per 14ml.

Then I decided to complement my addiction to the Ultra Facial Oil-Free Cleanser (which I mentioned in my top 5 basics 2017), with the moisturizer from the same range. This is the Ultra Facial Oil-Free Gel-Cream, comes in the pot with 50ml and costs 26 €.

Finalmente, para aproveitar os portes grátis, decidi satisfazer a minha curiosidade e experimentar o Calendula Deep Cleansing Foaming Face Wash. Eu adoro cleansers e oiço falar maravilhas deste menino. Dizem que limpa em profundidade e é excelente para peles oleosas. Este formato tem 230 ml e custou 29€.

Recebi ainda uma amostra deluxe do toner da mesma gama. Não sou a maior crente nestes produtos, pois acho que a minha pele funciona melhor com uma rotina de: quanto menos, melhor. Mas claro que lhe vou dar o uso merecido.

Para concluir, a Kiehl’s não se esqueceu de adicionar 3 amostras com o intuito de me deixar a salivar por mais coisinhas deles.

Finally, to get free shipping, I decided to satisfy my curiosity and try out the Calendula Deep Cleansing Foaming Face Wash. I love cleansers and I hear wonders about this one. They say that it deeply cleans the skin and it’s excellent for oily girls. This has 230 ml and costs € 29.

I also received a deluxe sample of the Calendula toner. I'm not the biggest believer in toners. I believe that my skin looks its best with a routine of: the less products, the better. However, I'll be sure give it the use it deserves.

To finish up, Kiehl's didn’t forget to add in 3 samples so that I can get addicted to more of their products.

Este é o conjunto de edição limitada que a Anastasia Beverly Hills lançou na Black Friday de 2017.

Sim, eu sei que me atrasei a publicar este post, pois este conjunto já nem está disponível. Mas como estas cores são todas permanentes e a ABH lançou outro conjunto de minis, achei por bem partilhar a minha opinião.

This is exclusive Black Friday limited edition mini lipstick set that Anastasia Beverly Hills released on 2017.

Yes, I know I’m late only posting this now, as this set is not even available anymore, but all of these lipsticks are permanent and, since ABH has just released another mini lipstick set, I thought I should share my opinion.

Primeiro de tudo, EU ADORO MINIATURAS. Então mal vi a Norvina publicar os sneak peeks deste conjunto no Snapchat, eu apontei logo na agenda que a minha Black Friday ia começar por uma visita à ABH.

Paguei 34£ no site oficial britânico (cerca de 38€) e 2 semanas depois tinha os meus minis em casa.

Eu já tenho um batom da ABH, então já sabia o que me esperava. Alto pigmento e duração com um acabamento completamente mate e textura de veludo. Se já experimentaram algum batom da MAC de acabamento Retro Matte, estes são extremamente parecidos.

Ora, não foi grande surpresa quando 2 dos 6 batons deste conjunto partiram-se logo no primeiro swatch, já que eles são um pouco secos e precisam de umas primeiras passagens para aquecer ligeiramente para permitir a aplicação.

Olhem que eu sou super cuidadosa com os meus batons, mas mesmo assim as cores Brandy e Latte não sobreviveram o meu swatch (nada que uma vela e umas horas no congelador não resolva, but still, eu chorei).

Em conjuntos deste género onde nós acabamos por comprar muitas cores e só dar uso a metade, é um pouco triste que dois dos batons que me convenceram a dar o meu dinheiro acabaram por dar de si no primeiro uso.

First of all: I LOVE MINIS. Just I saw Norvina posting the sneak peeks of this set on Snapchat, I knew that my Black Friday was going to start with a visit to ABH.

I paid £ 34 on the UK official website (about € 38) and 2 weeks later, I had my minis at home.

I already own an ABH lipstick, so I knew what to expect. High pigment and lasting power with a velvety matte finish. If you've tried any MAC Matte Retro lipsticks, then you would find these extremely similar.

Well, it was no surprise when 2 of the 6 lipsticks of this set broke on the first swatch, since they are a bit dry and need a few passes to warm slightly to allow application.

Look, I'm really careful with my lipsticks, but even so Brandy and Latte did not survive my swatch (nothing a candle and a few hours in the freezer didn’t solve, but still, I cried).

With sets like this where we end up buying many lipsticks and only like half of them, it’s a bit sad that two of the lipsticks that convinced me to give my money ended up broken on first use.

Não me interpretem mal. São ótimos batons. Não tenho qualquer problema com o meu full size na cor Kiss. Ele é realmente seco durante a aplicação, mas sei que não o vou partir. Depois de estar nos lábios ele é confortável, lindo e dura imenso. Vem realmente completar a minha necessidade de ter um Retro Matte numa cor mais nude.

Não vão ser os últimos batons que vou comprar à ABH, mas são seguramente os últimos minis.

Don’t get me wrong. They are great lipsticks. I have no problem with my full size in the shade Kiss. It’s really dry during the application, but I know it wont break. On the lips it’s comfortable, beautiful and lasts a long time. It really complete my need to own a Retro Matte in a more nudy color.

These are not the last lipsticks I'm going to buy from ABH, but it's certainly the last minis.

Eu disse que não ia comprar mais nada da Morphe.

Eu prometi a mim mesma que não ia cair na hype e ceder mais uma vez à Jaclyn Hill.

Mas a BeautyBay estava a fazer um grande cagaçal com posts atrás de posts, listas de early acess e filas de espera que tínhamos que estar só para poder adicionar a palete ao carrinho. Toda esta pressão de “VAI ESGOTAR E VAI DEMORAR ATÉ VOLTAR A ESTAR DISPONÍVEL” misturada com a review da Samantha Ravndahl, acabou por me dar um momento de fraqueza que me custou perto de 40€.

I said that I was not going to buy anything from Morphe.

I promised myself that I would not fall into the hype and give in to Jaclyn Hill again.

But, BeautyBay was posting all the time about the release, they even made an early access list and waiting queues just to be able to add the pallet to the cart. All this pressure of “IT’S GOING TO SELL OUT AND IT WILL BE A LONG TIME UNTIL IT’S AVAILABLE AGAIN” mixed with Samantha Ravndahl's review, made me have a moment of weakness that cost me around € 40.

Claro que umas 2 semanas depois de eu ter a Jaclyn Hill Palette, chega outro drama por andarem a despachar packaging antigo enquanto as paletes novas que vão para o lançamento da Ulta tem uma qualidade superior. Mas pronto, é a vida e sinceramente já nada me espanta vindo da Morphe.

Of course, about 2 weeks after I got the Jaclyn Hill Palette, another drama appeared. Morphe was trying to get rid of the old palette packaging while the new improved version of the palette goes to Ulta for its launch. But that's life, and frankly I expect everything from Morphe.

Quanto à palete, ela é boa. Dizem que tem mais qualidade do que às típicas paletes de 35, mas eu não noto grande diferença, a não ser no packaging que é de cartão com fecho magnético em vez do plástico preto que parece uma caixa de aguarelas das lojas dos 300 (90’s kids will know what I mean).

Os mates são pigmentados e macios, fáceis de espalhar com uma boa duração na pele. Os shimmers são oleosos para poderem ter aquele efeito metálico que vêm nos swatches. São a última bolacha do pacote? Não, principalmente para mim que tenho sombras aos pontapés cá por casa.

Esta palete sofre do mesmo mal das outras da Morphe, existe zonas onde as cores se repetem. Temos pelo menos 5 sombras de transição que são praticamente idênticas na pele. Não sei se é por a Jaclyn querer dar às suas seguidoras 5 versões de castanho diferente, ou se é só para encher os 35 espaços.

Tenho o mesmo problema com os azuis e roxo. Quem segue a Jaclyn sabe que looks com essas cores não são a onda dela mas mesmo assim estão na paleta. Será para conseguirmos distinguir a Jaclyn Palette das outras? Ou é outra vez para encher? Cá para mim foi para evitar termos 35 shades of brown.

The palette is good. It’s said that it has more quality than the typical 35 palettes, but I don’t notice a big difference except in the packaging that is card board with a magnetic closure instead of the black plastic that looks like a box of watercolours from the stores of the pound store.

The mates are pigmented and soft, easy to blend with a good lasting powder on the skin. The shimmers are oily so they can have that metallic effect that comes in the swatches. These are good shadows, but not amazing, and not worth the hype surrounding them.

This palette suffers from the same, as the other ones from Morphe. There are parts of the palette where the colours repeat themselves. We have at least 5 transition shades that are virtually identical on the skin. I do not know if it's because Jaclyn wants to give her followers 5 different browns, or if it's just to fill the 35 spaces.

I have the same problem with blues and violet. Who follows Jaclyn knows that looks with these colours are not her favourite but they appear on this palette. Is it for us to distinguish the Jaclyn Palette from the all the others on instagram? Or is it again to fill it up? Maybe it was the only way for them to avoid releasing a 35 shades of brown palette.

Sim, estou salty. Principalmente comigo, porque eu sabia perfeitamente o que estava a comprar e mesmo assim fui atrás do rebanho. Esta palete é cara, grande de mais e com cores repetidas, mas não há como negar que as sombras têm qualidade e se têm uma coleção pequena ela pode ser uma grande ajuda.

Agora sim, não volto a comprar mais nada da Morphe. Fica prometido.

Yes, I'm salty. Especially with myself because I knew perfectly well what I was buying and even then I followed everyone else. This palette is expensive, it’s too big and with repeated shades, but there is no denying that the eyeshadows have quality, and if you have a small collection this palette can be a great help.

Now, I can definitely say that I will not buy Morphe again. It’s a promise.

Finalmente chegamos ao fim do meu top 5, e para acabar em grande tinha que ser com os meus produtos de lábios favoritos!

We finally reached the end of my top 5 of 2017. So, to finish in a high note I’m going to show you my favourite lip products!

Lime Crime Velvetine in Riot – Digamos que é o meu número 6, mas como isto é um top 5 vou-lhe chamar de entrada extra. Adoro a cor, a fórmula e a duração. Se adoram batons líquidos precisam de experimentar os Velvetines da Lime Crime (mais aqui).

5. Huda Liquid Matte Bombshell – É dos batons líquidos mais confortáveis que já usei, tem uma boa duração e a cor é incrível. Este tinha que estar no top 5 (mais aqui).

4. Mac Lipstick in Mehr – Um dos meus batons mais usados este ano. É um rosa médio com um pouco de roxo. Fica lindo no dia-a-dia, e anda sempre comigo na mala (mais aqui).

3. Nars Velvet Glide Lipstick in Bound – São quase um gloss extremamente aveludado que não cola de todo. Esta é uma cor de boca que dá um pouco de hidratação e brilho aos lábios, mas infelizmente não dura muito (mais aqui).

2. Mac Lipstick in Honeylove – O tempo que eu perdi por não ceder e comprar de uma vez este batom. Eu pensava que ia ser muito claro na minha pele, mas afinal morro de amores por ele. É um nude quente com acabamento mate, perfeito para usar sozinho ou para aclarar outros batons. Este também anda comigo sempre na mala (mais aqui).

1. Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Duo – Eu tinha que espetar aqui um delineador de lábios e esta foi a maneira que encontrei. Adoro esta combinação, mas mesmo sem o lápis, este é sem dúvida o meu batom favorito de 2017 (mais aqui e aqui).

Lime Crime Velvetine in Riot - Let's just say that this one my number 6, but as this is a top 5, I'll call it the extra entry. I love colour, the formula and the lasting power. If you are liquid lipstick fanatic, then you need to try out the Lime Crime Velvetines (post here).

5. Huda Liquid Matte in Bombshell – It’s the most comfortable liquid lipstick I have ever tried. It has a good lasting power and this shade is incredible. This had to be in my top 5 (post here).

4. Mac Lipstick in Mehr – One of my most used lipsticks this year. It is a medium pink with a little mauve mixed. It’s a beautiful your lips but better lipstick and I always keep it in my bag (post here).

3. Nars Velvet Glide Lipstick in Bound - They are like an extremely velvety gloss that if far from sticky. This is another your lips but better shade that moisturizes the lips, but unfortunately it doesn’t last long (post here).

2. Mac Lipstick in Honeylove - The time I lost for not buying this lipstick. I thought that it would be too light on me, but in the end, I fell in love with the shade. It is a warm nude with a matte finish, perfect to wear alone or to lighten up other lipsticks. I also keep this lipstick in my bag (post here).

1. Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Duo - I had to find a way to add a lip liner to this top, and this was the way. I love this combination, but even without the pencil, this is undoubtedly my favourite lipstick of 2017 (post here and here).
