Parece que com cada dia que passa, a fama dos produtos Coreanos só vai crescendo. Hoje podemos encontrar as coisas mais fofinhas vindas do oriente na Sephora, Maquillalia, Primor e muitas outras lojas online. Eu continuo com os meus velhos hábitos, então sempre que posso, faço uma encomenda no BeautyNetKorea. Eles oferecem portes grátis e uma seleção GIGANTESCA de tudo o que possam imaginar, mas claro, tentem não ultrapassar os 20€ senão podem chatear os Deuses da Alfândega.

Korean skin care? Yes please!

It looks like with every day that goes by, Korean beauty products get even more famous. Today we can find the cutest oriental goodies on Sephora, Maquillalia, Primor and other online stores. I tend to keep up with my old habits, so I shop on BeautyNetKorea. They offer free shipping and a MASSIVE selection of everything that you can imagine, but of course, I try to stay around the 20€ mark so I don’t piss of the custom duties gods.

Hoje vou vos mostrar o que comprei da minha marca de eleição: Tony Molly. Esta é uma das mais conhecidas, tem preços em conta, produtos incríveis e embalagens viciantes.

Comprei seis máscaras faciais. Eu adoro ter máscaras em casa pois nunca se sabe quando é que aparece uma amiga, prima ou irmã com vontade de uma pampering session. Para unir o útil ao agradável, compensa muito mais comprar estas mascaras em quantidade.

Elas são as I’m Real Sheet Masks e das onze que estavam à venda, decidi agarrar duas diferentes, a Tomato Radiance e a Lemon Brightening. Estou desejosa para as experimentar, e ainda mais curiosa para saber se vou ficar com a cara a cheirar a tomate! Como comprei em packs de 3, paguei 1,14€ por cada mascara, já na Sephora elas rondam os 5€.

Today I’m going to show you what I got from my favorited brand: Tony Molly. This is one of the most known Korean brands, it’s reasonably priced, they have amazing products and gorgeous packaging.

I ordered six facial masks. I love to have a stash of masks because you never know when a friend, a cousin or a sister come over with the need of a pampering session. Not to mention that the more you order, the cheaper each mask becomes.

They are the I’m Real Sheet Masks. Tony Molly has a range of eleven different sheet masks and I decided to try out the Tomato Radiance and the Lemon Brightening masks. I can’t wait to put them on my face, and I’m even more curious to find out if my face will smell like a tomato. Since I ordered two sets of tree masks I paid 1,14€ for each. If I was to buy them at Sephora I would have spent close to 5€.

Agarrei também o Kiss Kiss Lovely Lip Patch por 2,60€. Vá confesso que foi uma compra só pela embalagem. Sinceramente não acredito que os efeitos desta mascara de utilização única sejam notórios, principalmente quando podia ter comprado um batom hidratante por uns euros a mais com utilizações na ordem das centenas.

I also got the Kiss Kiss Lovely Lip Patch for 2,60€. Okay, I confess that I got this product for the packaging. Honestly I don’t believe that the effects of this “one use only” mask can be that noticeable, especially when I could have gotten a lip balm for a couple of euros extra that I could’ve used more than a hundred times.

Finalmente comprei o Panda’s Dream Eye patch por 2,55€. Já tinha testado no ano passado quando o recebi como miminho numa encomenda de lip stains (post aqui), e adorei-o. Deixa os olhos hidratados, é especialmente refrescante para quem tem papos como eu e ainda tem o bónus de parecermos uns autênticos pandas. Vou guardar e usar numa ocasião especial!

Lastly, I got the Panda’s Dream Eye patch for 2,55€. I’ve tried this before. I got it has a bonus on a lip stain order that I made last year (post here), and I loved it. It leaves the eyes feeling hydrated, and it’s specially refreshing for girls with swollen eyes like me. In addition, you get to look like a panda when you put it on. I need to save it for a special occasion!

A próxima marca que preciso de experimentar é a Skin Foods, mas pela vista de olhos rápida que dei no BeautyNetKorea, acho que compensa mais ir à Sephora com um cupão de 20%. Também andam nesta onda de tratamento de pele asiático? Já experimentaram algum produto?

Com esta moda da Black Mask que anda tipo epidemia no meu facebook, eu decidi fazer uma encomenda no meu site Coreano de eleição: BeautyNetKorea. Se vocês têm curiosidade nas novas marcas Coreanas que a Sephora começou a vender desde o ano passado, então passem por este site para poupar quase metade do valor dos produtos.

Desta vez, encontrei o Blackhead Out, um set de 2 produtos da The Face Shop para extrair pontos negros, um em creme e outro em bandas, por menos de 5€.

With this Black Mask epidemic that contaminated my Facebook, I decided to place a small order from my favourite Korean site: BeautyNetKorea. If you want to try out some new Korean brands that Sephora started carrying last years, then check that site out to save up.

This time I found the Blackhead Out set of 2 products from The Face Shop to extract black heads, one in a cream form and another in nose strips, for less than 5€.

O creme é feito à base de argila, e é a única coisa que vos posso dizer em relação aos seus ingredientes, já que toda a informação está em Coreano. Este produto parece cola autêntica, é muito espesso, viscoso e peganhento. Aplicam uma camada o mais uniforme possível no nariz e esperam uma meia hora enquanto seca. Quando chega a altura de retirar ele sai sem magoar (muito)… e sem levar pontos negros atrás.

Já a versão em bandas é um bocadinho melhor. Temos 7 bandas de carvão que são aplicadas no nariz molhado. Deixa-se secar uns 15 minutos e voilá. Ela consegue tirar um pouco mais de sujidade que o creme, mas nada comparado com o que deveria tirar.

Eu diria que as vantagens da versão em creme quando comparada com as bandas é que adere muito melhor aos lados do nariz e tem potencial para mais utilizações do que as 7 bandas. Mas se não consegue tirar nada, de nada vale.

The cream is made with white clay and that’s pretty much the only thing that I know about the ingredients since everything else is in Korean. This product feels just like glue, it’s thick, gooey and sticky. You apply an even layer across the nose and wait for about half an hour until it dries. When it comes the time to peel it off, it doesn’t hurt (much)… and it doesn’t really gets any gunk out.

The strips version is a bit better. The pack comes with 7 nose strips with charcoal that are applied to a damp nose. You let it dry for 20 minutes and voilá. It takes more dirt than the cream version, but not as much as it should.

I would say that the only good thing about the cream version is that it sticks to the sides of the nose much better and has many more uses left than the only 7 strips aloow. But if it doesn’t clean anything what’s the point?

Finalmente decidi comprar este BB Cream da Missha! Sempre ouvi maravilhas dele, principalmente da Camila Coelho, então lá fiz a comprinha na BeautyNetKorea!

Eu comprei a cor mais clara (numero 13 – Milky Beige) e a embalagem pequena de 20 ml por cerca de 5€. Vem num tubo tipo bisnaga muito prático.

Finally I decided to grab Misha’s BB Cream! I have always heard amazing things about it from Camila Coelho, so I decided to just make the purchase from BeautyNetKorea!

I got the lightest shade (no 13 – Milky Beige) and the small size of 20 ml for about 5€. It comes in a, very practical tube like packaging.

Combining cosmetics with skin care, this product promotes natural-looking coverage while providing sun protection, treating dark spots, and preventing wrinkles. It is suitable for all skin types and can be used as a makeup base or foundation.

A minha opinião:

É um óptimo BB Cream! É o primeiro BB Coreano que experimentei e notei uma grande diferença em termos de cobertura e duração, quando comparado com os produtos ocidentais. O factor solar de 42 é o que gosto mais neste produto, pois tem uma protecção elevada e não tem aquela cor branca/azulada típica dos protectores faciais que eu uso.

Cheira bem (faz lembrar o cheiro de pó talco), espalha-se bem e dura as 8 horas de trabalho. Acho perfeito para o dia-a-dia. Se quiserem re-aplicar depois do trabalho não tem qualquer problema pois ele assenta muito bem.

Um ponto negativo é que ao longo do dia a minha pele oleosa começa a fazer das suas e este BB Cream não a consegue travar. Consigo aguentar por agora, mas não sei se no pico do verão me safo.

My opinion:

It is a great BB Cream! It’s the first Korean BB that I’ve tried and I noticed a great different in terms of coverage and lasting power. The SPF of 42 is one of my favorite thing about this product, because it offers high sun protection without that white/blue cast, very typical of facial sun screens.

It has a nice scent (it reminds me of baby powder), it blends well and lasts for the 8 hours of work. It’s great to use daily and you can re-apply after work with no trouble since this is so easy to build up.

A bad thing that I have to mention is that, at the end of the day my oily skin starts doing its business and this BB cream doesn’t now how to stop it. I can deal with the extra dewy look for now, but I don’t know if I wil in the pick of summer.

Tony Moly é a nova marca exclusiva da Sephora em Portugal. Caso estejam interessadas em experimentar, eu trago-vos uma recomendação: Panda Brightening Eye Base! Esta é a base de olhos já conhecida por quem segue a marca. Eu comprei-a em Fevereiro no BeautyNetKorea por 5€.

Basicamente, isto é um primário de sombras/primário de corretor em versão stick, que vai neutralizar a escuridão das olheiras/pálpebras e ao mesmo tempo iluminar e deixar uma base suave. Isto tudo dentro de uma embalagem super fofinha e prática.

Tony Moly is the new exclusive brand of Sephora Portugal. In case you’re interested in trying something out I have here a recommendation: The Panda Brightening Eye Base! This is the eye primer well known for those that follow the brand. I got mine around February on BeautyNetKorea for 5€.

Basically this is an eyeshadow/concealer primer in a stick form that will neutralize darkness, highlight and leave a smooth base. All of this in the cutest packaging ever.

Quando usei este produto pela primeira vez não gostei muito, pois tinha o contorno ocular severamente desidratado. Isto ficou depositado nas rugas e misturou-se com o corretor numa "not so cute way".

Passado uns dias voltei a testar e adorei. Ele realmente ilumina e deixa a pele macia, mas não pode ser usado sozinho! Têm que aplicar o corretor por cima porque isto é branco.... BRANCO!

Como primário de sombra não é o meu favorito. Ele até potencializa as sombras, mas não ajuda a prolongar a sua utilização, pelo menos nas minhas pálpebras.

Outro método que adorei usar é como base de iluminador! Meto directamente no topo das maças do rosto e espalho com os dedos (Tipo Watt’s up da Benefit). Por cima aplico o Pearl da Becca ou o Iridescent Strobe Light da Hourglass.

When I first used this product I didn’t like it, that was because my under eye was really dehydrated. It just settled on my wrinkles and when I applied the concealer on top, it just started to ball up.

A couple of days later I tested it again and loved it. It really highlights the under eye and leaves the skin soft, but it can’t be worn alone! You have to apply a concealer on top because this is white...WHITE.

As a eyeshadow primer it’s not my favorite. It really potencializes the shadows, but it doesn't prolong the wear time, at least not on my oily lids.

Another way that I love to use this is as a highlighter! I apply it directly to the top of my cheekbones and blend it in with fingers (Like you would do to Benefits Watt’s Up). and then I just brush my Becca Pearl or the Iridescent Strobe Light from Hourglass on top.

Para resumir, recomendo isto a meninas pálidas que não tenham a pele seca. Caso isso não seja o vosso caso, ou se não tiverem olheiras carregadas, acho que podem dispensar. Não vale a pena estarem a adicionar mais um passo à vossa maquilhagem, principalmente quando se trata de produtos no contorno ocular, que é uma zona muito sensível e a primeira a envelhecer.

To sum up, I recommend this to pale girls that don’t have dry skin. In case that isn’t you, or you don't have a lot of darkness on your under eye, then I think you should pass it up. It’s not worth to add another product to your makeup, specially when we are talking about the under eyes, which is the most sensitive skin we have and the first to show sins of aging.

De certeza que já ouviram falar de maquilhagem coreana. O ideal é pele jovem, clara, luminosa e os famosos lábios com o máximo de cor no interior e esbatendo para o exterior. Não existe contorno nem bronzeados falsos e não há sobrancelhas tipo Cara Delevingne.

I’m sure that you have heard of Korean makeup. The idea is to have a young, light luminous skin with the famous lips where all the color is the center and fades to the outside. There is no contour, fake tan or Cara Delevingne bushy brows.

Li umas bloggers portuguesas falarem bem do beautynetkorea.com então, como é óbvio, fui dar um olhinho nos produtos. Gastei perto dos 18€ (não quis abusar porque não conheço a loja e não queria ter que me chatear com a alfandega).

I’ve read some Portuguese bloggers mentioning beautynetkorea.com so I decided to check it out. I’ve spent close to 18€ (because I didn’t know the company and I didn’t want to be stuck with costumes charges).

Decidi apostar nos tints de lábios, são essencialmente uma mancha de longa duração, mas não têm a textura opaca e seca de um batom liquido. Ou seja ficamos com uns lábios naturais mais com uma cor mais intensa, não sentimos que temos produto e dura ate depois de comer.

Um ponto a ter em atenção estes produtos tem todos um cheiro extremamente potente e frutado, eu pessoalmente adoro, mas para as pessoas mais sensíveis pode ser desconfortável.

Como não conheço nada de marcas escolhi 1 lip tint de cada em cores diferentes.

I wanted to try out some lip tints. They are essentially a long lasting stain that doesn’t look as fake and drying like liquid lipsticks, so basically your lips will look natural but with a much more intense color. We don’t feel the product and it last after meals.

Just beware that these products have a very intense fruity scent. Personally love it, but for some people it can be off putting.

Since I don’t know any of the brands I chose 1 lip tint from each brand in different colors.

Peri's Ink in No way - Holy berry tint in Raspberry - Saemmul Real Tint in Red - Dear Darling Tint in Vampire

Peripera 2015 New Peri's Ink na cor #3 No way – é uma cor de laranja mesmo vibrante e intensa, dá muita vida à cara. Com o passar do tempo vai se tornando meio magenta. Custa muito a tirar e ficam entre as rugas dos lábios no dia seguinte.

Holika Holika - Holy berry tint na cor #2 Raspberry – este é o mais discreto de todos e o que menos dura nos lábios. É o que gosto mais de usar no trabalho apesar de ter que reaplicar depois das refeições.

The Saem Saemmul Real Tint na cor #1 Red – é um vermelho muito bonito. Para mim é a cor perfeita de branca de neve porque não parece que temos batom, mas sim que os nossos lábios são mesmo daquela cor.

Etude house - Dear Darling Tint na cor #4 Vampire – este é o que tem uma aplicação mais estranha, fica um pouco patchy (partes com mais cor que outras) mas este produto não tem problemas em ser sobreposto. O que eu faço é deixo a primeira camada secar e aplico uma segunda para ficar com uma cor mais homogénea e intensa.

Peripera 2015 New Peri''s Ink in the shade #3 No way – it’s a neon orange, very vibrant and intense. A couple of hours after use it turns a bit magenta. It’s very hard to take off and in the day after the wrinkles in your lips are stained.

Holika Holika - Holy berry tint in the shade #2 Raspberry – this one is the most discreet of all and the one that doesn’t last as long. I like to use this one to work even though I have to reapply after big meals.

The Saem Saemmul Real Tint in the shade #1 Red – It’s a very pretty red. For me it’s the perfect snow white shade, since it doesn’t look like you’re wearing lipstick.

Etude house - Dear Darling Tint in the shade #4 Vampire – this one is a bit patchy, and it’s more noticeable because it’s a dark color. Since this product can be built up I just let the first layer dry and then I apply a second coat to make the color more even and intense.

A loja ofereceu umas amostras de skin care, ainda não experimentei (porque os ingredientes estão em coreano), mas numa tarde sem nada para fazer vou as meter à prova.

The store sent me some skin care samples that I have not tried yet (since all the ingredients are in Korean). But I’ll promise to put them to the test in a girly afternoon.
