tratei o acne podem clicar aqui! Agora vou vos falar dos produtos que são um
extra na minha rotina, alguns uso sempre e outros só de vez em quando.
Não pode faltar nunca um desmaquilhante, este vem antes de qualquer coisa que possamos fazer à pele. Eu gosto muito de usar o desmaquilhante com óleo da Sephora (8,95 €) nos meus olhos, é a única coisa que me limpa perfeitamente os restos de rimel. No rosto aplico a água Micelar da Garnier (5,99 € nos supermercados) este não me irrita a pele, é muito mais barato que o Bioderma e faz essencialmente a mesma coisa. Pode ser aplicado nos olhos também.

in my routine. Some that I use all the time and others once in a while.
You can never skip a makeup remover, this comes before anything else that you do to your face. I like the Sephora one (8,95 €) it has oil so it’s perfect to use in my eyes to completely remove all traces of mascara. In my face I like the Micelar Water from Garnier (5,99 € in the drugstore), this one does not irritate my skin and it’s way cheaper than Boiderma (which does essentially the same thing).

Depois de desmaquilhar a cara passo sempre o meu gel de limpeza, e pelo menos 2 vezes por semana uso-o com o meu ajudante da (1) MQBeauty (29,90 € na Maquillalia mas está constantemente em promoção), existem várias marcas destas escovas mas todas fazem essencialmente a mesma coisa: Limpam completamente a pele. Tenham atenção com as cabeças que usam, eu uso sempre a cabeça para peles sensíveis e substituo-a de 2 em 2 meses para não criar bactérias.
Um extra que vocês podem
adicionar à vossa rotina é uma mascara.
Eu gosto muito desta de ácido glicólico chamada (2) Tensoderm. A sua função é aclarar as manchas de acne. Já a
tenho à algum tempo, mas penso que o seu valor ronde os 15/20€ euros na farmácia.
Recentemente comprei esta máscara de argila (3) Narcutos Natural Vulcanic Clay (3,95 € na Maquillalia), só precisamos
misturar agua e aplicar no rosto, é excelente para secar a pele quando estou
mais “oleosa”.
Recentemente adicionei um toner à
minha rotina (vê o haul aqui!), este da (4)
Eucerin é especialmente concebido para peles com problemas de acne. Gosto
de passar com ele depois de limpar a pele com o gel de limpeza, pois há sempre
vestigios de maquilhagem para trás.
Como uso corretor de olheiras
todos os dias comecei a ficar com a pele por baixo do olho muito recequida
entao comecei a investir em creme de olhos. Tenho 2 que uso rotativamente: (5) Care Love Eye Cream (comprei a 1 € Douglas do Freeport à uns meses atrás),
(6) Farmona Skin Aqua Cream Eyes
Moisturizing e Brightening (custa 1,99€ na Primor)
é mais leve do que o da Douglas então prefiro usar este durante o dia.
O extra final na minha rotina é
um batom hidratante, para mim não há nada melhor que os da Labello (1,99€ nos supermercados). Este no tom soft rose anda sempre
comigo na mala.
After removing all my makeup I use my cleanser, and at least t2times a week I apply it with my little helper from (1) MQBeauty (29,90 € on Maquillalia but it is usually on sale). There are a lot of brushes like this one but they all do the same thing: they completely clean your skin. Just beware with the heads that you use, in my case I like the sensitive skin brush and I replace it every 2 months. I tend to use it every other day with my cleanser after the shower when my pores are opened, and I apply a mask afterwards.
An extra step that you can add to your routine is a facial mask. I like this one with glycolic acid called (2) Tensoderm. This mask is going to lighten up some old blemishes scares. I’ve had this one for a while but I remember it costing around 15/20€ in the pharmacies. More recently I bought this one called (3) Narcutos Natural Vulcanic Clay (3,95 € on Maquillalia). All you do is mix it in a bowel with water and then apply it to you face. It’s great for when I’m feeling a bit more oily.
Recently I added a toner to my routine (check out my haul here!), this one from (4) Eucerin is specifically for acne prone skin. I like to put it in a cotton pad and go over my skin with it after cleansing my face, since there is always makeup left behind.
Since I use concealer everyday under my eyes I started noticing that my skin was a bit dry. I decided to start using eye cream. I use 2 regularly: Care Love Eye Cream (I got this at a promotion from Douglas for 1 €), Farmona Skin Aqua Cream Eyes Moisturizing and Brightening (1,99 € in Primor), it’s a bit lighter so I use this one in the morning.
The final
extra in my routine is a lip balm. For me there is nothing better than the Labello ones (1,99 € in the drugstore).
This in the shade Soft Rose is always in my bag.
Como isto é um blog de
maquilhagem é sempre bom referir: a maquilhagem não provoca acne se for a
maquilhagem certa para o vosso tipo de pele. A primeira regra é limpar bem a
pele à noite, podem usar toalhitas ou algodão, mas so parem de limpar quanto a
toalhita vier LIMPA (usem 10 toalhitas se for preciso). A segunda regra é a mesma que a do creme hidradante NADA
DE OLEOS. Não utilizem bases, primers ou pós com óleos na sua composição (óleo
de jojoba, óleo mineral, óleo de fruitos…). É claro que cada pele é uma pele, e
o que funciona em mim pode irritar a vossa pele e vice versa. Por isso façam
sempre uma boa pesquisa antes de investir em produtos excessivos ou peçam ajuda
a um profissional!
Since this
a makeup blog I have to mention: makeup doesn’t
cause acne if you use the right makeup for your skin type. The first rule
is to clean your skin very well, you can use wipes or cotton pads like me, but
only stop cleaning when the wipe come makeup free (use 10 wipes if you have
to!). The second rule is the same as the moisturizing creme (mentioned in the
part 1): OIL FREE ONLY! Don’t use foundations, primers or powders with oil in
their composition (jojoba oil, mineral oil, castor oil, fruit oil…). Of course
that every skin is different and what might work for me may be totally wrong
for you, because of that you should research before investing in expensive products
or get professional help!
