Hoje vou vos mostrar a minha colecção de batons da Wet n Wild! Eu juro que sou uma pessoa normal, mas batons
são a minha perdição (e blushes… e sombras… e iluminadores)!
Quando eu andava a estudar não tinha vícios, mas o bichinho pela maquilhagem sempre esteve lá e a minha obsessão era a MAC. Para mim só a maquilhagem da MAC é
que era boa e eu era capaz de passar horas com a minha prima a encher os braços
de swatches na loja. Escolhia as minhas cores favoritas e ia procurar dupes em
blogs. Para quem não sabe, a Wet n Wild tem os batons mais “dupables” da MAC,
então quando eles ficaram disponíveis na Primor e Maquillalia eu ataquei em força.
Tenho um total de 20 batons,
muitos dos quais foram usados 1 vez e outros que vivem na minha mala. Eles
custam 2.99€ e estão muitas vezes em promoção de 3*2. A fórmula deles é incrível para o seu preço, em termos de conforto eu até a acho comparável com uma mistura de satin
com matte da MAC, mas quando tenho os lábios secos eu evito-os como a praga
pois assentam muito mal.
Se vocês têm curiosidade por
alguma cor da MAC, poupem os quase 20€ e testem estes primeiros. Já me
salvaram de comprar o cores como Flesh Pot e o Cream Cup.
Today I’m
going to show you my collection of Wet n Wild lipsticks! I swear that I’m
normal, but lipsticks are my weakness (and blushes… and shadows.. and
highlighters).
When I was
studying I didn’t had nasty habits but I was really obsessed with MAC! For me
only MAC products were worth the hype and I would spend hours inside the store filling
my arms with swatches. I would pick my favorite shades and I would look for
dupes on blogs. If you don’t know, Wet n Wild has the most “dupables”
lipsticks from MAC, so when they were available on Primor and Maquillalia I
attacked them.
I have a
total of 20 shades, some used once and others that live in my bag. They cost
2,99€ and are usually on sale for 3*2. The formula is incredible for their price point. In terms of comfort I find them similar to a misture of the satin and matte finishes from
MAC, but when I have dry lips I avoid them like the plague because they look
horrible on me.
If you’re
curious on a MAC shade, just save the almost 20€ and try these first. They've saved me from getting Flesh Pot and Cream Cup.

Pink Suga – Corretor de olheiras em forma de batom,
supostamente é um dupe do Peachstock da MAC. Nunca o usei e está na altura de o
dar a alguém.. voluntárias?
Just Peachy – Nude quente clarinho. Comprei-o porque juravam
ser um dupe da cor Babette da Lime Crime. Confesso que só o gosto de ver em mim
quando tenho uma base de alta cobertura que me esconda a vermelhão à volta da
boca.
Think Pink – Rosa bebé. Não gosto nada desta cor e é
idêntica ao Cream Cup da MAC, que tantas adoram, com uma formula mais espessa e pigmentada.
Rosebud – Rosa velho. Este batom é dos mais usados que tenho
desta marca. Quando vi fotos dele eu pensava que ia ser muito mais rosa mas
em mim é uma cor de lábios lindíssima.
Pink Suga – This is a concealer in a lipstick form that apparently is a dupe for Peachstock from MAC. I’ve never used it and I think that It’s
time to pass it on… Any volunteers?
Just Peachy – It’s a light nude that I bought because everyone was
claiming that it was a dupe for Babette from Lime Crime. I confess that I only
like to wear it when I have a full coverage foundation on to cover the redness
around my mouth.
Think Pink – Baby pink. I don't like this
color and it’s identical to Cream Cup from MAC that so many people love.
Rosebud – Dusty pink. This lipstick is one of the most
used ones from this brand. When I saw pictures of the swatches I thought that it would be too pink for me, but instead it’s a gorgeous “your lips but better
shade”

Bare it all – Este para mim é um nude perfeito. Não demasiado
escuro, castanho, laranja ou rosa. Esta cor é idêntica ao Velvet Teddy da MAC e
podem ver a comparação aqui.
Sandstorm – Um castanho bem quente perfeito para combinar
com sombras laranjas nos outono.
In the flesh – Outra cor de boca mas ligeiramente virada
para o malva. Se quiserem comprar só um batom desta marca eu recomendo este. É muito
parecido com o Twig da MAC como podem ver aqui.
Wine Room – A versão mais rosa do in the flesh. É tão
linda mas fica sempre esquecida na minha gaveta.
Bare it all – For me this is the perfect nude. Not too dark, brown,
orange or pink. It’s an identical dupe of MAC’s Velvet Teddy and you can see
the comparison here.
Sandstorm – Another warm brown perfect to match with orange
eye shadows on the fall.
In the flesh – Another “your lips but better” shade with a darker
mauve twist. If you just want to buy one lipstick from this brand then I recommend
this one. Looks a lot like Twig from MAC as you can see here.
Wine Room – The pinker version of in the flesh. It’s such a beautiful
shade that stays forgotten in my drawer.

Mauve outta here – Um lilás que só comprei por ser
diferente. Lembro-me de o usar imensas vezes quando estava a acabar a
licenciatura… e agora revejo as fotos com um ar horrificado.
Coraline – Coral bem laranjinha. Esta cor é lindíssima mas
nunca me lembro de a usar.
Spotlight red – Vermelho frio bem vibrante. Comprei por ser
um dupe do famoso Russian Red da MAC.
Smokin hot pink – Rosa choque com um pouco de profundidade!
Para além de a cor ser super linda deixa também uma marca da cor. É parecido
com o Impassioned da Mac e foi outra cor de usei vezes sem conta durante a
licenciatura.
Mauve outta here – An lilac that I just bought because it was unlike than anything that I owned. I remember using it a lot when I was finishing my
degree… and now I see the old photos with a horrifying look on my face.
Coraline – Coral with a lot of orange. This is a beautiful shade
but I never remember to use it.
Spotlight red – Super vibrant red. I got this one because it was a dupe
of Russian Red from MAC.
Smokin hot pink – Deep hot pink. Not only is this a beautyfull color it
also stains the lips. Looks alot like Impassioned from MAC and it was another
shade that I rocked back in college.

Pinkerbell – Cor de “what was I thinking”. Tal
como o primeiro batom este vai mudar de casa. Just no.
Cherry Pinkin – Este batom é tão lindo! É um vermelho para
quem não gosta de vermelhos porque tem muito rosa.
Sugar Plum Fairy – O roxo mais desejado do outono/inverno. É
um dupe muito conhecido da cor Rebel da MAC que todos os anos teima em esgotar.
Mochalicious – Um castanho mais frio que o Sandstorm que
nunca cheguei a usar. Pode ser
que este ano seja o ano.
Pinkerbell –Shade of “what was I thinking”. Just like the first
lipstick this one is going to another home. Just no.
Cherry Pinkin – This is such a gorgeous shade! It’s a red for girls that don’t like
red, because it has a loto f pink.
Sugar Plum Fairy – The most sought out colour for the autumn/winter. It’s
a very well know dupe from Rebel from MAC that solds out every year.
Mochalicious – A much warmer brown than Sandstorm that I never used. Maybe this is
the year that I’ll puti t to good use.

Cinamon Spice – A combinação perfeita de vermelho com
castanho. Gosto muito deste batom para o inverno, principalmente porque fica
mais mate que o Cherry Bomb.
Cherry Bomb – Este foi o que mais trabalho me deu para
comprar pois nunca estava em stock. É super parecido com o famoso Diva da MAC,
como podem ver aqui, mas mais
hidratante.
Ravin Rasin – Um roxo que nunca usei fora de casa. Dizem
que é idêntico ao famoso Heroine da MAC, mas eu cá tenho as minhas duvidas pois
não me parece tão intenso.
Vamp it up – Um roxo tão escuro que parece preto. Este é
igualzinho ao Ciber da MAC! Foi o ultimo que comprei e estou à espera dos dias cinzentos para o poder usar. Fica um pouco patchy mas com um lápis de
lábios fica perfeito.
Cinamon Spice –The perfect combo of red and brown. I really like this
one for the winter, specially since it becomes matter than Cherry Bomb.
Cherry Bomb – This was the lipstick that I had most trouble getting.
Looks just like Diva from MAC, as you can see here, but with a much hydrating feel to it.
Ravin Rasin – A purple that I never used outsider the house. Some claim
that It’s identical to Heroine from MAC, but I have my doubts.
Vamp it up – A purple so dark that looks black. It’s just like Ciber
from MAC! it was the last one I bought and I’m recklessness waiting for those grey
days to use it. Looks a bit patchy but it's nothing that a lip liner underneath wont
fix.
