Nunca dei muita importância à The Body Shop. Eu pensava que era uma marca
de cremes hidratantes para o corpo demasiado caros, e tinha honey bronzer
para lá escondido.
I never really care about The Body Shop. I thought that it was
just a brand of overpriced body creams, and that had the honey bronzer hidden
somewhere.
Desde que entrei no mundo dos
blogs percebi que a hype was real e
começou a curiosidade. No ano passado experimentei o desmaquilhante de
camomila, ou o cleasing butter se quiserem ser chiques como eu, então
agora faltava experimentar a gama para peles com borbulhinhas, Tea Tree.
Tenho 2 produtos, um cleanser/esfoliante/mascara
e um sérum.
Ever since I got into this blogging
world I discovered that the hype was real, and so I started getting more and
more curious. Last year I bought the camomile makeup remover, or cleasing
butter if you want to be fancy like me, but now I really want to try the range
for oily blemished skin, the Tea Tree collection.
I own 2 products, a cleanser/exfoliant/mask and a serum.
O primeiro é o meu favorito,
chama-se Tea Tree 3-in-3 Wash Scrub Mask, e como podem perceber este
produto é um faz tudo, o que à partida me deixou logo de pé atrás. Passei
muitos anos da minha infância a usar champôs “2 em 1” para conhecer as
consequências de produtos multitasking em primeira mão.
Mas como foi oferecido no natal passado, não hesitei em testá-lo, e posso vos
dizer que estou convertida.
Para além de cheirar a uma
espécie de mentol com limão, é fresco na pele e tem partículas bem grandes que
limpam a pele em profundidade. Deixo atuar uns 10 minutos e quando tiro parece
que tenho uma pele nova.
Não sei até que ponto isto pode
ajudar alguém que tem acne, mas peles oleosas com algumas borbulhas e pontos
negros, vão adorar este menino.
The first product is my favourite. It’s
the Tea Tree 3-in-3 Wash Scrub Mask, and as you can guess this is a “do
it all” product, which really turned me off. I spend too many years using 2 in
1 shampoos to know the consequences of multitasking products. However, since I
was given this on last year’s Christmas I didn’t complain. Let me just say that
I really love this.
It smells life a perfect mix of
menthol and lemon, it's fresh on the skin and it has big particles that
deeply clean your skin. I leave it for 10 minutes and when I wash it off my
skin feels brand new.
I don’t know if this can help someone
with acne, but if you have oily skin with some blemishes and black spots than you
will love this.
O sérum chama-se Tea Tree Skin Clearing Daily Solution e a minha opinião sobre ele resume-se muito
a um meh. Segundo a marca “passado 4
semanas a pele fica purificada, macia, saudável, clarificada, mate e com a vermelhão e imperfeições reduzidas”.
Pois, nas primeiras utilizações reparei que a minha pele estava realmente
mais uniforme, mas com o passar do tempo acho que ela habituou-se ao produto e já
não vejo resultados. Já fiquei sem usar, já voltei a usar e a minha pele contínua
igual. Neste momento estou a tentar o despachar para experimentar os ácidos do The
Ordinary.
The serum
is the Tea
Tree Skin Clearing Daily Solution and my opinion resumes to a simple meh. According to
the brand “After 4 weeks, skin looks
and feels purified, clearer, smoother, healthier, clarified, mattified and
soothed with reduced redness and imperfections.”
Well, after
the first uses I really did notice my skin becoming clear, but after a while, I
think my skin got used to and it stopped working. I’ve tried to give it a break and putting it to the side and then using it back again, but my skin stays the same. Right now, I’m just
trying to finish it up so I can try the acids from The Ordinary.
