Hoje venho vos mostrar o meu hidratante favorito! É da marca Yes To, da gama de tomate, direcionada para peles mistas e acneicas.

Today I’m going to show you my favorite moisturizer! It’s from the brand Yes To, of the tomato range, directed to mixed and acne prone skin.

Eu estava no mercado para comprar um hidratante novo, então acabei por agarrar este na BeautyBay sem qualquer pesquisa. Estive indecisa sobre a versão normal ou a versão com protetor solar, mas acabei por ficar pelo primeiro, já que sou mais rigorosa na escolha de protetores novos.

O amor foi tão grande que este é o segundo que comprei. Desta vez fiz uma pesquisa completa da marca e já sei que vou ter que experimentar mais produtos deles. A Yes To tem 11 colecções: Cotton, Cucumbers, Charcoal, Coconut, Miracle Oil, Tomatoes, Grape Fruit, Blueberry, Carrots, Power Cocktail e Natural Man.

I was in the market for a new moisturizer, so I ended up grabbing this one from BeautyBay without any research. I was undecided between the normal version or the version with sunscreen, but I ended up getting the first one, since I am pickier with my SPF.

The love was so great that this is the second tube I bought. This time I did a complete research on the brand and I already know that I will have to try more products from them. Yes To has 11 collections: Cotton, Cucumbers, Charcoal, Coconut, Miracle Oil, Tomatoes, Grape Fruit, Blueberry, Carrots, Power Cocktail and Natural Man.

Com os antioxidantes do tomate e com a hidratação da melancia, este hidratante é eficaz e ao mesmo tempo entra rapidamente na pele. Se vocês têm pele mista, sabem o dilema que é encontrar um hidratante que faça o seu trabalho sem nos deixar oleosas, principalmente no verão. Com este menino eu não perco tempo à espera que ele seja absorvido. Enquanto aplico o meu creme de olhos a minha pele já se encontra completamente seca, preparada para receber o meu protetor solar.

With the antioxidants of the tomato and with the hydration of the watermelon, this moisturizer is effective and at the same time, it quickly enters the skin. If you have combination or oily skin, you know the dilemma that it is to find a moisturizer that does its job without leaving us oily, especially in the summer. With this boy I do not waste time waiting for him to be absorbed. While I apply my eye cream my skin is already completely dry, ready to receive my sunscreen.

Eu adoro a Tigi Bed Head. Já experimentei todos os champôs e amaciadores (com a exceção dos para loiras), e não há um que eu não goste. Então achei por bem testar outra gama da Tigi: a Catwalk.

I love Tigi Bed Head. I've tried all the shampoos and conditioners (except the blonde collection), and there's not one that I do not like. So I thought it was good to test another Tigi range: The Catwalk.

A coleção Fashionista da Catwalk tem um champô violeta para meninas loiras manterem o tom frio no cabelo, e um champô para morenas manterem um tom quente. Obviamente escolhi o ultimo.

A marca admite que este champô “é especialmente formulado para cabelos castanhos, ele dá brilho, um toque suave e brilhante. O shampoo limpa suavemente o cabelo, removendo a sujidade, impurezas e excesso de óleos, ao mesmo tempo que dá um impulso de cor rica e saudável ao cabelo.” A parte que eu devia ter lindo antes de o comprar é que precisamos de deixar o champô atuar durante 3 a 10 minutos, dependendo do efeito desejado.

A primeira coisa que reparei quando o usei foi a cor. É castanho escuro com brilhantes dourados, e quando o enxaguamos torna-se amarelado… digamos que revivi a altura em que tive varicela e era obrigada a tomar banho com Betadine.

Eu lavo o meu cabelo todos os dias, então preciso de algo gentil para não o secar mas não demasiado pois pode acumular produto no cor cabeludo. Este shampoo não serve para limpezas diárias, ele é demasiado agressivo (mesmo sem o deixar atuar o tempo recomendado), e o amaciador não hidrata o suficiente para combater a secura do champô.

Basicamente estes meninos são aqueles parceiros para deixarem no duche e usar num domingo para dar um banho de brilho ao cabelo, e eu não preciso de 2 garrafas gigantes a ocupar espaço no duche que eu sei que nunca vou usar até ao fim.

The Catwalk Fashionista collection has a violet shampoo for blond girls to keep the cool tones on their hair, and a shampoo for brunettes to keep their warm tone. Obviously I chose the last one.

The brand admits that this shampoo "is specially formulated for brown hair to improve shine and give your locks a soft, glossy touch. The shampoo gently rinses your hair, removing dirt, impurities and excess oils. Thanks to a blend of brunette dyes and horse chestnut extract, warm hair tones will get a deep boost for a richer and healthier color.” The part that I should have research before buying was that we need to leave the Shampoo in for 3 to 10 minutes, depending on the desired effect.

The first thing I noticed when I used it was the color. It's dark brown with gold glitter, and when we rinse it out, it turns yellowish ... let's say I relived the time I had chickenpox and was forced to bathe with Betadine.

I wash my hair every day, so I need something gentle so it doesn’t dry it but not too much because so it can buildup product on the scalp. This shampoo is not made for daily cleaning, it is too aggressive (even without letting it work for the recommended time), and the conditioner does not moisturize enough to combat shampoo dryness.

Basically these products are those we leave in the shower and use on a Sunday to give a shine boost to the hair, and I do not need 2 giant bottles to take up space in my shower that I know I will never use until the end.

These were the first and last Catwalk products that I will buy. I'll just keep my Bed Head range from now on!

Finalmente podemos agarrar os batons líquidos da Anastasia Beverly Hills, assim como outros produtos da marca que só estavam disponíveis na loja oficial. Pois é, a ABH criou um site britânico e nós podemos encomendar à vontade sem que a alfandega nos incomode.

Finally, we can grab the liquid lipsticks from Anastasia Beverly Hills, as well as other products from the brand that were only available at the official store. Yes, ABH has created a British site and we can order it at will without customs bothering us.

Mas nem tudo é um mar de rosas. Os produtos já estão inflacionados e depois ainda há a questão das taxas de conversão… mas enquanto a nossa Sephora não começar a comercializar a marca por aqui, não temos outra solução para experimentar uns dos batons líquidos mais conhecidos da blogosfera.

But not everything is amazing. The products are already inflated and then there is still the issue of conversion rates ... but as long as our Sephora does not begin to market the brand here, we have no other solution to try out some of the best known liquid lipsticks in the blogosphere.

A primeira cor que meti no carrinho foi a Crush! É um dos muitos nudes que a ABH tem, este é ligeiramente rosa e não muito claro, perfeito para complementar maquilhagem de olhos intensas sem parecer que temos concealer lips.

A formula é um pouco mais seca do que eu estava à espera, mas felizmente não é seca ao ponto de se desfazer. Não são os batons mais confortáveis que usei, e como vão poder ver, a cor não é original, mas são duradores, pigmentados, homogéneos, fáceis de aplicar e eu tenho um fraquinho no meu coração para todos os produtos da Anastasia.

The first color I put in the cart was Crush! It is one of the many nudes that ABH has. This one is slightly pink and not too light, perfect for complementing an intense eye makeup look without looking like we have concealer lips.

The formula is a little drier than I was expecting, but fortunately it’s not dry to the point of crumbling off. They’re not the most comfortable lipsticks, and as you will see, the color is not original, but they are long-lasting, easy to apply the color is pigmented and even and I have a soft spot in my heart for all Anastasia products.

Finalmente consegui meter as mãos nos famosos iluminadores da Colourpop! Se ainda não compraram nada na loja americana, então preparem-se porque espera-vos uma longa espera acompanhada de uma fatura da alfandega. No entanto, há produtos que merecem a dor de cabeça, e estes são uns deles.

I finally got my hands on Colourpop's famous highlighters! If you haven’t bought anything from the American brand yet, then brace yourself for a long time waiting for the parcel to arrive accompanied by a customs charge. However, there are products that deserve the headache, and these are one of them.

Bem a primeira coisa que têm que saber sobre a formula Super Shock é que ela vai secar. Quer usem muito ou pouco, o vosso pot vai deixar que ar entre e o produto lá dentro vai secar, por isso não façam como todas as outras pessoas no youtube que um ano depois estão a fazer declutters de dezenas de sombras e iluminadores da Colourpop.

Well the first thing you have to know about the Super Shock formula is that it will dry out. Whether you use it heavily or not, your pot will let air in and the product inside will dry out, so don’t do like all the other people on YouTube that after a year of getting these shadows start decluttering them left and right.

A segunda coisa que precisam de saber é que estes meninos são mágicos. Dentro da embalagem são molhados, com uma textura meio esponjosa, mas quando passamos para a pele transformam-se num pó. Ficam com uma intensidade de “pele molhada” e duram mais que o típico iluminador em pó.

The second thing that you need to know is that these babies are magical. Inside the packaging they are wet, with a slightly squishy texture, but when we apply them onto the skin they become a powder. They have a "wet skin" intensity and last longer than the typical powder illuminator.

Eu comprei 2, os mais claros dos bestsellers da marca. Lunch Money é o meu favorito, e um dos mais famosos. Ele parece pêssego no pot, mas quando passamos para a pele torna-se um champagne altamente refletor. Ele tem uma consistência uniforme, sem brilhantes ou glitter.

I bought 2, the lightest of the bestsellers of the brand. Lunch Money is my favorite, and one of the most know highlighters from Coulorpop. It looks like peach in the pot, but when we put on the skin it becomes a highly reflective champagne. It has a uniform consistency, with no glitter or glitter.

Stole The Show é branco no pot, mas na pele fica quase idêntico ao Lunch Money, a diferença na tonalidade está lá, este é ligeiramente mais claro e frio mas muito menos pigmentado e uniforme. Sinceramente, eu passava bem sem ele.

É muito difícil para mim agarrar em iluminadores líquidos ou em creme, mas para os iluminadores da Colourpop eu faço a exceção. Já os conheciam? Comprei também as super shock shadows e vou fazer o post sobre elas mal consiga formar a minha opinião.

It is very difficult for me to grab a liquid or cream highlighter, but for the Colourpop’s illuminators I can make the exception. Did you already knew them? I also bought the super shock shadows and I will write a post about them as soon as I can form my opinion on them.

Finalmente a Kat Von D chegou! Este ano tem sido incrível em termos de lançamentos na Sephora (apesar de não ser em todas as lojas). Agora temos a Nars e a Huda Beauty, e temos uns minis da Becca (…é a intenção que conta). Com a Kat Von D aqui, nós vamos poder experimentar uns dos melhores batons líquidos do mercado logo após enchermos os nossos braços de swatches.

Eu já experimentei algumas coisas da Kat Von D. Tenho uma mão cheia de batons, a base e a shade + light eye contour palette. Então é normal que tenha uma lista de coisinhas na fila de espera para virem morar cá para casa. Estas são as minhas escolhas.

Finally, Kat Von D arrived! This year has been awesome in terms of releases at Sephora (though not at all stores). Now we have Nars and Huda Beauty, and we have some Becca minis (... it's the intention that counts). With Kat Von D here, we'll be able to try some of the best liquid lipsticks on the market right after we fill our arms with swatches.

I've already tried some things from Kat Von D. I have a hand full of lipsticks, the foundation and the shade + light eye contour palette. So it's normal to have a wishlist full of products that need to come and life with me. These are my choices.

Tattoo Liner – Não sou a melhor no eyeliner, mas este tem tanta fama que só pode ser milagroso!

Alchemist Holographic Palette – Uma paleta com 4 iluminadores holográficos (com o tamanho uma sombra de olhos) que mudam de cor consoante a luz ou a base na que têm por baixo. Eu sei que a febre dos iluminadores holográficos já está a passar, e sinceramente não é para todos, mas eu preciso de ver para crer.

Lock-It Concealer Crème – Não poderiam falta os novos corretores da Kat. Com alta cobertura, cremosos e duradores, são a equivalência à Lock-it Foundation, que apesar de já a usar desde o inicio do ano, ainda não percebi muito bem se gosto dela ou não.

Lock-it Brightening Powder – Há quem o compare com o pó translucido da Laura Mercier e há quem o despreze. Eu vou desvendar este mistério.

Everlasting Lip liner – Não posso adorar os Everlastign Liquid Lipsticks sem querer experimentar os delineadores. O Lolita II vai ser o primeiro que vou comprar.

Metal Crush Eyeshadow – Consideradas umas das melhores sombras individuais. As cores são altamente brilhantes, pigmentadas e de longa duração.

Tattoo Liner - I'm not the best at eyeliner, but this one has so much hype that it can only be miraculous!

Alchemist Holographic Palette - A palette with 4 holographic illuminators (in the size of an eye shadow) that change color depending on the light or the base underneath. I know that the fever of holographic illuminators is already passing, and honestly it is not for everyone, but I need to see them on my cheeks.

Lock-It Concealer Crème – I can’t miss the new concealers from Kat. With high coverage, creamy and lasting powers, they are the equivalence to the Lock-it Foundation. Which although I have been using it since the beginning of the year, I still don’t understand if I like it or not.

Lock-it Brightening Powder - Some people compare it to the Laura Mercier's translucent powder and other people despise it. I'll unravel this mystery.

Everlasting Lip Liner - I cannot love the Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks without wanting to try the lip liners. Lolita II is going to be the first in my basket.

Metal Crush Eyeshadow - Considered one of the best individual shadows. The colors are highly vibrant, shimmery, pigmented and long lasting.

E são estas as coisinhas que quero experimentar da Kat Von D (sim é praticamente a linha toda… eu tenho problemas). O que é que estão a pensar agarrar?

Passei pela Inglot da baixa de Lisboa para agarrar estes meninos! São a versão de batom liquido da Inglot e chamam-se HD Lip Tint Matte.

I was strolling downtown Lisbon when I walked into the Inglot store and grabbed these babies! They are the Inglot version of a liquid lipstick and their official name is the HD Lip Tint Matte.

A primeira coisa que reparei foi no cheirinho. Eles são frutados e aplica-los deixa-me de agua na boca! Claro que a formula também é das minhas favoritas. Apesar de terem lip tint no nome eles não são os tints típicos que estou habituada. Têm o pigmento e a consistência de um batom liquido, mas quando seca praticamente não se sentem. Não duram tanto tempo como os batons tradicionais, mas o conforto é incrível!

The first thing I noticed was the smell. They are fruity and apply them makes me mouth water! Of course the formula is also my favorite. Although they have lip tint in their name they are not the typical tints I am used to. They have the pigment and the consistency of a liquid lipstick, but when they dry they practically do not feel. They do not last as long as traditional lipsticks, but the comfort is incredible!

Mais uma vez agarrei um rosinha. Este tipo de cor é a que compro mais vezes e a cor que mais vezes me esqueço de usar. O #16 fica ligeiramente quente nos meus lábios então dá um ar saudável à tez, não é demasiado vibrante, mas também não entra na família dos nudes. É uma cor linda para quem gosta de cores entre médias.

O #18 é um castanho escuro com subtom quente e brilhantes prateados que por serem poucos, praticamente não se notam nos lábios.

Once again I grabbed a rosy. This type of color is the one I buy the most and the color I forget most often. #16 is slightly warm on my lips so it gives a healthy air to the complexion, is not too vibrant, but also does not enter the family of nudes. It is a beautiful color for those who like colors between averages.

#18 is a dark brown with hot undertone and shiny silver that for being few, practically do not notice in the lips.

Com o verão a acabar é fácil ver quais foram os meus companheiros dos dias solarentos. Estes meninos andaram sempre comigo na mala, com a exceção da paleta, obvio, e o iluminador que varia de semana para semana.

With summer ending, it's easy to see who my companions of the sunny days were. These babies lived in my handbag for the last 3 months, with the exception of the palette, of course, and the highlighter that changed from week to week.

Tarte Lights Camara Lashes – Na ultima encomenda que fiz na Tarte recebi esta miniatura de uma das mascaras bestsellers da marca. Tarte Lights Camara Lashes – In my last Tarte order I received this mini of one of their bestsellers mascaras. I now realize why half the world loves this baby, it gives a natural volume and it lasts all day. I’ll write a more detailed post when I get the full size version.

Benefit Cheek Parade – Esta foi a minha melhor compra este ano! Tenho blushes incríveis num sitio só, de tamanho original por muito menos dinheiro. A minha parte favorita é usa-la também nos olhos quando tenho que sair de casa depressa. Podem ver o post aqui!

Avène Emulsion SPF 50+ oil free – Este foi o primeiro protetor solar que comprei para usar no dia a dia. Eu tinha 17 anos e achei-me uma senhora por cuidar da minha pele, claro que com o passar do tempo o protetor solar foi posto de parte e só nos últimos 3 anos é que voltei a usá-lo religiosamente. Este custou 14€ na Primor e é incrível para peles mistas, não nos deixa oleosas mas também não tem aquela textura estranha que admite ser “mate”. Vou o comprar outra vez mal este chegue ao fim.

Benefit Cheek Parade – This was my best purchase this year! It has an incredible blush range in one place, all of them full size for a quarter of the price. My favorite part is wearing it on my eyes when I have to leave home quickly. You can see the full post here!

Avène Emulsion SPF 50+ oil free – This was the first sunscreen I bought to use on a day to day basis. I was 17 years old and I found myself very mature for taking care of my skin, of course that over time the sunscreen was set aside and only in the last 3 years did I use it again religiously. This cost € 14 at Primor and is incredible for combination skin. It doesn’t leave us feeling oily but also it doesn’t have that super strange texture that claims to being "matte". I'll repurchase it again for sure.

Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipstick Rose Matter – Esta cor é tão gira para esta altura do ano! É um rosinha quente que combina com os todos os meus blushes vibrantes, sejam rosa, laranja ou coral. Podem ver a cor aqui!

Huda Liquid Matte Bombshell – O meu batom liquido favorito! Nem acredito que a Huda chegou a Portugal! Podem esperar muitos posts sobre os produtos dela porque tenho uma obsessão gigantesca com estes batons. Podem ficar a saber tudo aqui!

Kat Von D Bachelorette – Este batom também mereceu estar no meu post de favoritos de verão do ano passado (aqui), por isso sabem que é mesmo adorado. Cores destas ficam lindas no ano inteiro, mas no verão não saem dos meus lábios!

Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipstick Rose Matter – This color is so cute for this time of year! It is a warm rose that compliments with all my vibrant blushes, be it pink, orange or coral. You can see the true shade here!

Huda Liquid Matte Bombshell – My favorite liquid lipstick! I cannot believe that Huda is already sold in Portugal! You can expect many posts about her products because I have a gigantic obsession with these lipsticks. Check out my full review here!

Kat Von D Bachelorette – This lipstick also deserved a spot on my summer favorites post from last year (here), so know it’s truly loved. Colors like these look beautiful all year long, but in the summer they do not leave my lips!

Hoje é dia de vos mostrar os miminhos que recebi da Born Pretty! Eles entraram em contacto comigo para que eu pudesse dar a minha opinião sobre alguns dos produtos da loja online.

Como é uma loja chinesa eu procurei evitar maquilhagem, mas a menina que falou comigo recomendou que eu experimentasse o iluminador em arco iris e um dos batons líquidos bestsellers.

Today I’m going to show you what I received from Born Pretty! They contacted me and asked if I could give my opinion on some of the products from their online store.

Since it’s a Chinese shop I tried to avoid makeup, but the girl whom I spoked to recommended that I try the rainbow highlight and one of their bestsellers liquid lipsticks.

Bem, vamos ser realistas, se é para ter um iluminador destes, mais vale ser um que não custe nada porque já sabemos que não lhe vamos dar uso. Confesso que não é bem aquilo que eu estava à espera… este Rainbow Highlighter da Calans tem muito mais pigmento do que brilho, ao ponto de ser quase uma sombra. A minha teoria confirma-se, isto não é um produto que mereça ser comprado. Custa 3.99$ e podem o encontrar aqui!

Well let's be realistic, if we’re going to own a rainbow illuminator, it better be one that we don’t spend money on, because we already know that we will never use it. I confess that it's not quite what I was expecting ... this Rainbow Highlighter from Calans has a lot more pigment than glow, to the point of being almost an eye shadow. My theory is confirmed, this is not a product that deserves to be bought. It costs $ 3.99 and you can find it here!

O batom que escolhi chama-se Matte Long Lasting Lipgloss da marca Magic Halo na cor #3. Não tinha muitas espectativas com ele, e ainda bem. Ele é quase uma cópia idêntica aos batons líquidos da LA Girl, desde a formula, à embalagem e até ao nome confuso (lipgloss matte? Wut?). Ele não seca, é super peganhento, tem um cheiro horrível e o pior de tudo, não conhecemos bem os ingredientes. Custa 2.99$ e podem o encontrar aqui!

The lipstick that I got is called Matte Long Lasting Lipgloss and it’s from the brand Magic Halo in the shade #3. I wasn’t expecting much from it, so let’s just say that I wasn’t too sad about it. It’s almost an identical copy of the liquid lipsticks from LA Girl, from the formula, packaging and even the confusing name (matte lip gloss ? Wut?). It doesn’t dry down, it's super sticky, it smells horrible and worst of all, we do not know the ingredients for sure. It costs $ 2.99 and you can find it here!

E como o melhor fica para o fim, eu escolhi um kit de 12 pincéis para os olhos. Podem não durar anos com lavagens, mas são macios, giros, resistentes, e temos muitíssima variedade para fazer looks completos. Custam 7.99$ e podem os encontrar aqui!

Saving the best for last, I chose a kit of 12 eye brushes. They may not last for years with washings, but they are soft, cute, sturdy, and we have a great variety to make complete eye looks. It was 7.99 $ and you can find them here!
