Se há coisa que eu adoro na Lush
são os sabonetes! Têm perfumes lindíssimos que se mantêm na pele, fazem muita
espuma e deixam aquela sensação de “squeaky clean”. Eu comprei 3 na minha
visita à Lush de Oxford Circus e posso vos garantir que
ganhei o premio de “mala de mão mais cheirosa” no aeroporto.
A Lush que entrei tinha
3 pisos e cada um deles 20 vezes maior que a lojinha de Oeiras. Havia uma secção
para tudo: sabonetes, prendas, pele, maquilhagem e até uma espécie de cabeleiro
com cadeiras para lavar e secar o cabelo. As famosas Bath Bombs tinham o
primeiro andar só para elas e tive que me conter para não trazer uma (eu nem
tenho banheira).
If there is something that I love from Lush, it’s their soaps! They have
amazing scents that last on the skin, they foam up nicely and they leave that “squeaky
clean” feeling behind. I got 3 of them on my visit to the Orford Circus Lush and I can guarantee you that I won the award for
“best smelling hand bag” on the airport.
The Lush
that I went in London had 3 stories and each of them was 20 times bigger than
the small store we have in Oeiras. It had a section for everything: soaps,
presents, skin care, makeup and a kind of hair saloon with chairs to wash and
style hair. The famous Bath Bombs had their own floor and I had to
control myself not to grab one (I don’t even have a tub).
O primeiro sabonete que agarrei foi o meu favorito do haul do ano
passado. Chama-se Baked Alaska
e tem o perfume mais cítrico e intenso de sempre. Adoro tanto este sabonete e
nem sei o porque de ter esperado tanto tempo para o comprar novamente. Segundo
a Lush ele está “carregado de óleo de toranja e murta-limão
e tem um toque de ylang ylang para aliviar o stress”
The first one that I grabbed was my favourite from
lasts years haul. It’s called BakedAlaska and it has the most citrusy and intense perfume ever. I love it
so much that I don’t even know why I waited so long to re-purchase it. According
to Lush “Baked Alaska is all-out zest:
it's the tangy punch packed by grapefruit oil; it's the refreshment of lemon
myrtle, and it's the calm of a dash of stress-relieving ylang ylang, all
combining to put you in a playful mood.”

O Apandapand era
o sabonete mais atrativo da loja! Uma rodela de limão gigante com o interior
rosa. Claro que também fiquei rendida ao perfume que é uma mistura incrível de
uvas com limão. Quando o procurei no site português da loja não o encontrei por
isso vamos rezar para eu não gostar assim tanto dele….
Apandapand was the most attractive soap in the
store! A giant lemon slice with a pink interior. Of course that I was drawn by
the scent too since it is an incredible mix of grapes with lemon. I couldn’t find
it on the Portuguese site so let’s pray that I won’t love it that bad…

Finalmente pedi uma recomendação a uma menina da loja, pois o meu
nariz já estava confuso, e foi ai que escolhi o Miranda que mesmo sendo cítrico tem uns toques mais doces.
De acordo coma Lush ele “está cheio de
kiwis frescos e óleos cítricos refrescantes que são o antídoto perfeito para
pele baça e dias aborrecidos. O kiwi fresco está cheio de enzimas de fruta
naturais que ajudam a quebrar a pele morta, dando outro brilho à tua pele. A
baga de zimbro é antiséptica e ajuda a descongestionar a pele e juntamente com
o óleo de bergamota, elevar o teu espírito!”
Finally, I had to ask someone for a recommendation since
my nose was starting to get a bit confused, that was when I picked Miranda, another citrus soap
with some sweet notes. On the Lush website, they claim that “it’s packed with fresh kiwi fruit and
refreshing citrus oils are the perfect antidote to dull skin and even duller
days. The fresh kiwi is full of natural fruit enzymes that help to break down
dead skin cells, brightening your skin. Juniper berry oil is antiseptic and
helps congested skin, and together with bergamot oil adds some zing to your
mood.”

Que paraísoooo! Confesso: não conheço grande coisa da Lush, mas as poucas coisas que já experimentei, adorei - sabonetes incluídos! E agora deixaste-me com a traça... :p

Acreditas que eu ainda hoje estive no site da Lush?! O meu preferido é o 'Honey, I washed the kids'. Opa, adoro aquele cheirinho! Por acaso não conheço nenhum destes, mas eu sou suspeita que os meus preferidos são todos extremamente doces!
